The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking mandamus upon respondents not to harass him unnecessarily with regard to the Case Crime No. 169 of 2013 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 152, 336, 435, 436, 307, 504, 506 IPC and Section 7 of C.L.A Act, P.S. Rakabganj, District - Agra. 3. The petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit that seems to indicate that the children of the petitioner are not involved in the F.I.R. 4. In the light of the same, we are of the view that the petitioner should file a fresh application before the Commissioner of Police, Agra Commissionerate, Agra/respondent No.2 who shall look into the matter and in the event, the children of the petitioner are not involved in the F.I.R., direct the concerned police station to stop the harassment of the petitioner, if required. 5.
