Case No. 506 of 2023 arising out of Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 154 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 452, 341, 323, 325, 307, 427, 506, 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II, Ranchi. 3. On 21.04.2023, at about 06:00 p.m., petitioner alongwith co-accused Manoj Tirkey assaulted the husband of the informant. Thereafter, the informant came there and rescued him and took him to their house. 4. It is alleged that both the accused persons came again and assaulted the informant. The husband of the informant succumbed to his injuries. 5. It was submitted that scuffle has taken place between the accused persons and the deceased. It was further submitted that co-accused Manoj Tirkey has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 4624 of 2024. It was finally submitted that charge has been framed in this case under Section 304 of the I.P.C. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
