A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner was arrested and without approaching the court of Sessions/Special Court at the first instance, straightway approached this Court for grant of bail and the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.12.2025 granted interim bail to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to approach the court of Sessions/Special Court for grant of bail. 3. Ten days’ time is granted to the petitioner to approach the Court of Sessions/Special Court for grant of bail and till then, order dated 27.12.2025 (supra) shall remain in operation. 17 Bail App No. 378/2025 Page 2 of 2 4. In the event, the petitioner does not approach the aforesaid court for grant of bail, the protection extended to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 27.12.2025 shall automatically cease to operate. 5.
