“to call for the records in respect of the impugned suspension order passed by the 2nd respondent 2/7 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
W.P.No.31596 of 2025 Roc.No.2418/2024/E2, dated 29.10.2024 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2025”. 2. The petitioner was working as a Secretary of Village Panchayat and he was arrested for bribing and remanded in Judicial custody. The 2nd respondent passed a suspension order against the petitioner on 29.10.2024. Subsequently, the petitioner made a representation dated 27.01.2025 to the 1st respondent to revoke the suspension of the petitioner. The 1st respondent by memorandum dated 28.01.2025 directed the 2nd respondent as follows:
