This application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Case Crime No. 134 of 2019, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 406 I.P.C., Police Station- Quila, District- Bareilly. 2. At the outset, Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State submits that the applicant had earlier preferred an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. numbered as 43288 of 2019 (Dr. Imran @ Mohr. Imran Bhai and another vs. State of U.P. and another) for quashing the cognizance order dated 30.7.2019 as well as charge sheet dated 29.6.2019 of the aforementioned case. The application was dismissed on merits on 2.12.2019. The said fact has not been disclosed in the present application. The present application is liable to be dismissed on this ground alone. 3.
