This petition has been filed for following relief: "It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to directing to the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No. 5, Allahabad to decide the Suit No. 91 of 2019 (Arif Jameer Khan and others Vs. Smt. Ishrat Jahan Begum and others) within a specific period of time as may be determined by this Hon'ble Court, and/or may pass further suitable order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and consider proper under the circumstances of the case." 2. From the perusal of record it is apparent that the aforesaid suit is pending since 2019. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No. 5, Allahabad to consider and decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, after ensuring service upon all the parties concerned and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned as well as opportunity to lead evidence in support of their case and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
