This application has been filed by applicant for quashing the impugned charge-sheet dated 31.1.2025 and impugned cognizance order dated 7.7.2025 as well as entire proceeding of case No.280 of 2025, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-F.T.C. (crime against women) Basti, (State of U.P. Vs. Sadhu Sharan & others) in case crime No. 279 of 2024, under sections - 85, 64, 115 (2), 352, 351(2), Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita-2023 and section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Walterganj, District- Basti. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant prays that applicant may be permitted to move appropriate application before the Court concerned as provided under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. 4. This prayer has not been opposed by the learned AGA. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is permitted to appear before the concerned court within 15 days from today and move an application under Section 227 of Cr.P.C. claiming discharge. The concerned court shall after hearing the counsel decide the application on merits, in accordance with law expeditiously. 6. For a period of 30 days, no coercive action will be taken against the applicant. 7. With the above observations/direction, this application stands disposed of.
