The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no.2 to investigate into the irregularities allegedly committed by the CMO, Sambhal in purchase of various items in pursuance of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the petitioner is a rival businessman and had in the past, participated in the bidding process but was unsuccessful. 3. As the petitioner is a rival trader, therefore, at his behest, we do not consider it appropriate to examine the allegations. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
