Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru whereby the Family Court had issued the bailable warrant for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- against the respondent to keep the two children present before the Court as per order dated 29.10.2022 by 03.12.2022, the wife is before this Court. The order impugned is stayed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 01.12.2022. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after the interim order passed by this Court, the respondent was present before the Court along with the children. Now, the matter is at the final stage of hearing. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. 3.
