The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jarmundi P.S. Case No. 106/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Md. Zaved Khan, learned J.M., 1st Class, Dumka. 3. On 15.03.2024, twelve batteries were stolen from the B.S.N.L. Tower at Koldiha. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Md.
