The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the gravel sand was attempted to be removed from the patta land that belongs to the first petitioner. The petitioner is the owner of one of the lorries involved and now he is before this Court seeking anticipatory bail. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that without a valid transport permit, attempts were made to remove the sand using four lorries. 4. In view of the above facts, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
