Petitioner has approached this Court for protection. According to him, due to his marriage with daughter of respondent nos. 4 & 5; they are annoyed with the petitioner and petitioner is apprehending grave threat to his life and liberty. 4. From perusal of the pleadings made in the writ petition, it is revealed that petitioner’s alleged wife is living with her parents. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that if petitioner has any serious threat to his life then he may approach the Police Authorities concerned. 6. We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with liberty to petitioner to approach the Station House Officer concerned, if he apprehends real threat to his life. The SHO concerned will assess his threat perception and provide protection to him, if needed. (Subhash Upadhyay, J.)
