The instant applications have been filed by the applicants seeking quashing of the cognizance order dated 16-10-2023 as well as the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 3139 of 2018, under Section 420 IPC, P.S. Sirsaganj, district Firozabad. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicants submits that they want to withdraw the applications and liberty may be given to the applicants to file bail applications before the courts of competent jurisdiction. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection, in case, the applicants are permitted to move appropriate applications seeking bail before the courts concerned. 5. In view of above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to appear before court concerned and file an appropriate application for bail, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another (2021) 10 SCC 773.
