The complainant has filed the present complaint, inter alia, alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 21.8.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40967-DB CCC No. 54 of 2025 No.8632/2023 (GM-RES). The operative part of the said order reads as under: 3. Therefore, it is expedient to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner’s representation for the release of the tastik allowance, as per the notification dated 25/29.10.2022 issued by respondent No. 3 (Annexure-G), in accordance with the law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 2. The accused has filed an affidavit of compliance indicating that the directions have been complied with. The representation of the complainant was considered and an endorsement has been made sanctioning release of an aggregate amount of Rs.6,20,842/- from the period 1.7.1970 to 31.3.2025. 3. We accordingly, close the present complaint. 4. The right of the complainant to seek remedies against the endorsement if the complainant is not satisfied with the same, is reserved.
