Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced in Court an order dated 02.09.2025, passed by District Education Officer (Elementary Education), Champawat, which is taken on record. Perusal of the said order reveals that petitioner was transferred on request from Government Primary School Salanigoth to Government Primary School, Budham within the same district. 5. In view of the subsequent transfer of the petitioner on her request, the relief as claimed in the writ petition, do not survive. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
