GP FOR REVENUE (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “… pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not including the name of the petitioner for the trying to the VROs in the 3rd respondent Academy as illegal, arbitrary and consequently seeking a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to include the name of the petitioner for the 7th batch trying to the VROs in the 3rd respondent Academy…” 2. Heard Mr V.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for Respondents. 3. On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the averments made in the Writ Petition. Whereas, learned Government Pleader for Revenue draws attention of this Court to Paragraph No.6 of the counter affidavit filed by the 4th respondent. Paragraph No.6 of the counter affidavit read as follows:- “6. Finally, I submit that in the meanwhile, the writ petitioner had been posted as Senior Assistant under G.O.Ms.No.391 Revenue (Ser-II) Department, dated 19.10.2015. As per the G.O the individual is exempted from the Departmental Tests. Hence the Writ Petitioner met the expectation of posting to Senior Assistant and no need to include his name in the survey training”. Basing on the averments made in Paragraph No.6 of the counter affidavit, learned Government Pleader submits that as there is no need to include the name of the petitioner in the survey training, no orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition and it may be closed. 4. Recording the said submission of learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
