II For the RMC : Mr. Prashant Kumar Singh, Advocate Mr. Karbir, Advocate . ------ Order No.02 / Dated : 01.07.2025 Instant writ petition has been filed to modify the Master Plan, 2037 on the plea that the land of the petitioners Plot No.552, Khata No.96, Mauja Pugru, Circle Namkum, Thana No.250, has been recorded as a part of pond, whereas it is contended that the said land is residential in nature. 2. Petitioners are aggrieved by the location of his plot as reflected in the map prepared as per the Master Plan, 2037. 3. There is merit in the submission advanced on behalf of the State that drawing of the map, does not affect the legal right of the petitioners by the publication of it. 4. Nevertheless, petitioners are at liberty to move the competent authority for necessary modification in the map by filing representation. On representation being submitted, the same will be disposed of after necessary field inquiry within twelve weeks, after the said submission of the representation by the authority.
