GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The petitioners are aggrieved by the interference of the 3rd respondent in a civil dispute in respect of O.S. No. 133 of 2023 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge, Krishna at Vijayawada, pending between the petitioners and the 5th respondent. 2. It is submitted that the police are interfering in a civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the 5th respondent. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the 5th respondent has filed a 2 complaint, which has been registered as F.I.R. No. 590 of 2024 on the file of Ajith Singh Nagar Police Station, NTR Commissionerate District. It is also submitted that this Court, in Crl.P. No. 174 of 2025, dated 08.01.2025, directed the police to follow Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 3. The 3rd respondent is hereby directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioners without following the due procedure of law and to comply with the directions of this Court, which were already issued in Crl.P. No. 174 of 2025, dated 08.01.2025, directing the 3rd respondent to scrupulously follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, corresponding to Section 41A Cr.P.C. 4.
