HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 28935 of 2025 Court No. - 29 HON'BLE MAHESH CHANDRA TRIPATHI, J. HON'BLE ANISH KUMAR GUPTA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel petitioner, learned standing counsel for the State-respondents and Shri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 - New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA). 2. This writ petition is preferred for following principal relief: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 25.07.2025 passed by respondent no.2. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to run his Tata Dharmkata." 3. After substantial argument, once this court has declined to entertain the writ petition as we do not find any error in the impugned order which may warrant interference, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and it may be dismissed as not pressed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
