GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent in not investigating Crime No. 353 of 2024. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner submitted a complaint on 04.07.2024 to the 4th respondent. However, the 4th respondent did not register any complaint, and as such, the petitioner had to file W.P.No. 25765 of 2024. After the filing of the writ petition, the 4th respondent registered Crime No. 353 of 2 2024. It is also submitted that the 4th respondent is not investigating the case, as the 4th respondent has taken it personally against the petitioner for having approached this Court and filed a writ petition. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing the respondents submits that the investigation is still pending. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed off, directing the respondents shall complete the investigation within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a final report.
