The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit 15% of the compensation amount within a time limit prescribed by this Court. 3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to deposit 15% of the compensation amount within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit, the Trial Court shall dispose the Appeal on merits. 4.
