The present writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondents to abide by the interim order dated 13.05.1998 passed in Writ Petition No.16717 of 1998 (Sri Syed Musharraf Ali vs. Vth Additional District Judge, Fatehpur & others) and ensure that no further unauthorized construction is made over the suit property. 2. It appears that in Writ Petition No.16717 of 1998 filed by Syed Musharraf Ali, respondent No. 6, direction was issued to the trial court to decide Suit No.423 of 1995 expeditiously and till disposal of the suit, parties were directed to maintain status quo. The case of the petitioner is that the order of status quo is being violated. 3. Ms. Kritika Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents has invited out attention towards paragraph-13 of the writ petition in submitting that some more cases are pending in relation to the same property. 4. Be that as it may, in case, there is violation of any direction issued by the writ court, it is always open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy provided in this regard. No case is made out to entertain an independent writ petition for enforcement of the order of status quo passed in the previous writ petition. 5. The petition is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
