The petitioner continued in service till 30.04.2024. In the meanwhile, the 6th respondent made a claim for the post of Headmistress stating that she had exemption from test qualification and she is the seniormost. 2. W.P.(C) No.37377/2022 was filed by the 6th respondent and W.P.(C) No.39702/2022 was filed by the petitioner. It is now submitted that writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of along with the connected cases taking note of the declaration of law in Venugopalan H. and others v. District Educational Officer, Palakkad & others [2025 ICO 381]. 2025:KER:25635 WP(C) NO.38218 of 2024 4 3. The said judgment is binding on the petitioner as well as the 6th respondent. The petitioner as well as the 6th respondent now stands retired from service.
