Vide order dated 07.03.2024, this Court permitted the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Chandigarh for seeking effective relief by making necessary application in that regard within a period of two weeks till then impugned notice dated 01.03.2024 issued by the Special Tehildar, Recoveries, Srinagar was not to be given effect. 2. Statement of facts stands filed wherein it has been stated that the petitioner within the period stipulated did not file any application and filed the application only after issuance of notice in this contempt petition. 3. In view of the above, we do not find any willful disobedience on the part of the respondents. Accordingly, the proceedings in the contempt petition against the respondents are dropped and the contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.
