2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 30 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from Satichoura Ghat, Village- Fatehzampur. Apprehended co-accused persons disclosed the name of these petitioners.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89973 of 2024(2) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 conscious possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have no concern with the apprehended co-accused persons nor with the seized liquor. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail- bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Patna City, in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 357 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
