This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs: (I) For directing the respondent authorities to register the information (FIR) for the incident which took place on 16.11.20213. The Laheria Sarai P.S. was given an information to register the information as FIR. The informant of the case first gave oral Patna High Court CR. WJC No.125 of 2025(2) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 information which was not registered as FIR Later on existence written substance was taken which was registered as "Sanha" and was given a receiving after few months The substance be registered as FIR (Ann-1) (II) An illegal boundary which has been constructed be ordered to be removed as that has blocked my free movement. 3. The Laheria Sarai P.S. Case No.421 of 2025 has been registered on the complaint of the petitioner. 4. In these circumstances, this application has become infructuous. 5.
