The petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondent No. 2, Superintendent of Police, Etah to decide his application dated 30.07.2025. 2. The case of the petitioner is that there is certain recovery pending against his brother Monu on basis of order passed on 30.11.2022 against him under Section 125 Cr.P.C. 3. The Police Authorities visit the house of the petitioner regularly and harass him although, the recovery has to be made from his brother. It is alleged that the petitioner has no concern with his brother. The petitioner has made complaint in this regard before respondent No. 2. 4. Having regard to the facts of the case and submission made, we direct respondent No. 2 to examine the representation and in case, he finds that the recovery is only against the brother of the petitioner, he will ensure that the petitioner will not be subjected to harassment on basis thereof. 5.
