The contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that the petitioner had filed a petition in Cr.M.P.No.369 of 2024 under section 156[3] of Cr.P.C. and the said petition has been allowed. Despite the direction of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpet, the respondent had not registered the First Information Report. Only after filing of a petition in Crl.O.P.No.24393 f 2024, the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.624 of 2024.
