2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 11.02.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sahibganj in B.P. No. 28 of 2025 arising out of Mirzachowki P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 87 of 2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. It has been alleged that the minor daughter of the informant was abducted by Dayanand Turi for the purposes of human trafficking. Subsequently, the victim was recovered from the custody of Dayanand Turi. So far as the present appellant is concerned, it has been alleged that he was also involved in the offence as he wanted to hide the girl somewhere else.
4. However, considering the fact that the victim was recovered from the custody of Dayanand Turi and the appellant is in custody since 30.01.2025, we, while setting aside the order dated 11.02.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sahibganj in B.P. No. 28 of 2025 arising out of Mirzachowki P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024, direct that the appellant, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj in connection with Mirzachowki P.S. Case No. 77 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 87 of 2025.
5. This appeal is allowed.
