Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No.06 of 2025 arising out of Tisri P.S. Case No. 11 of 2008, corresponding to G.R. No.617 of 2008, for the offences registered under Sections 364, 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge-I, Giridih. On 23.03.2008, brother of the informant Bajrangi Ravidas went missing. On 24.03.2008 his dead body was found in the house of co- accused Alauddin Ansari. It is alleged that petitioner had earlier raped Kamli Khatoon due to which she along with co-accused persons might have committed his murder. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but apart from suspicion there is no other material against him. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge-I, Giridih, in connection with S.T.
