Petitioner’s case is that she is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) at Government Middle School, Nikanh, U/c GSSS Ladda, Education Block Gehra, District Chamba. The area falls under difficult/hard area under the applicable policy guidelines. On completion of prescribed tenure at the aforesaid areas, she had preferred a representation on 23.02.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2 seeking her transfer to a soft area of her choice. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes -2- Petitioner’s grievance is that aforesaid representation has not been decided by respondent No.2/competent authority till date. 4. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of four weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
