1. Heard Mr. A. Ali, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. K. K. Das, the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the petitioners praying for an addition/alteration/modification/amendment of order dated 10.03.2025 passed in Criminal Petition No. 287/2025 by this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that by the aforesaid order dated 10.03.2025, the petitioners were directed to appear before the Trial Court on 26.03.2025 and till that date the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners were kept in suspended animation.
4. By filing the present application, the petitioner has sought for a relief of directing the petitioners to go on bail or direct the Trial Court to release the petitioners on bail as the offence for which the petitioners are booked are sessions triable offences and therefore, they apprehend that they may not be granted bail by the Trial Court.
5. Without out going into much detail of the submissions made by the
learned counsel for the petitioners, it is apparent that the modification/alteration/amendment sought for by the present petitioners in the
order dated 10.03.2025 does not pertain to any clerical or typographical mistake. It seeks for a new relief of bail, which was not granted to the petitioner when the aforesaid criminal petition was disposed of.
6. Any alteration/modification or amendment sought for by the present petitioners in the aforesaid order would amount to review its own order by this Court, which is not permissible, while it is taking up of criminal matters.
7. For the aforesaid reasons, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed.
8. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Trial Court for seeking appropriate relief, if so advised.
9. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the next date before the Trial Court is fixed on 26.05.2025 and he prays for
Page No.# 4/4 corresponding the operation on earlier order till that date.
10. Considering the inconvenience, which the petitioners might face, if the said extension is not granted the prayer is allowed.
11. The operation of order dated 10.03.2025 passed in Criminal Petition No. 287/2025 by this Court is extended till 26.05.2025.
12. This Interlocutory Application is accordingly disposed of.
