2. It is the grievance of Mr.S.Karthikei Balan that consequential proceedings had not been issued by the respondents. Hence, this petition for contempt.

Contempt Petition No.3085 of 2025 the Executive has no role to confirm the said order. Though the consequential proceedings have absolutely unessential, Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal appearing for the respondents states that the respondents have passed orders on 15.4.2025 and 19.09.2025. The copies of orders dated 15.04.2025 and 19.09.2025 have been handed over to Mr.S.Karthikei Balan.
