1. In the headnote of the petition, the following prayers have been made:
“Civil writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for set-aside order/report dated 26.11.2024 (Annexure P-8) passed/Submitted by Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Bhiwani, District Bhiwani (BDPO), whereby, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Bhiwani, District Bhiwani (BDPO) Submitted his report of demarcation under the influence and political pressure, which was completely different and opposite from the position taken in his previous two reports and orders dated 24.07.2023 (Annexure P-2) & order dated 19.11.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by Ld. Assistant Collector, Bhiwani and stated the report the mentioned passage was not encroached upon, and the private respondent has legal claim on it, being wrong, illegal and unjust in the eyes of law;

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the proceedings, after the remand order dated 02.05.2024, are pending before the Collector and in the said proceedings the demarcation report has been made.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take up all the points before the Collector.
4. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
