Case No. 08 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 126(2), 109, 118(2), 119(1), 111, 333, 308(4), 61(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25(6), 25(8) and 27(2) of Arms act, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh. 3. On 05.01.2025 at about 7.25 p.m., unknown persons fired at the coal businessman Anil Kumar Keshri causing firearm injury. 4. It was submitted that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. 5. Mr. Suraj Deo Munda, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner was present at the place of occurrence and time of occurrence. 6. In view of the fact that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection with Mandu (Kuju) P.S.
