JUSTICE MAHENDAR KUMAR GOYAL Judgment / Order 09/04/2025 This writ petition is directed against the order dated 06.08.2009 passed by Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Rajasthan, Jaipur whereby, an appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 25.11.2000 compulsory retiring him, was dismissed. Since, learned counsel representing the petitioner was selected in judicial services, this Court, vide order dated 21.01.2025, directed the office to issue notice to the petitioner. As per report of the Process Server, the petitioner could not be served for want of fresh address. In view thereof, this writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
