The grievance highlighted in Ext.P4 is with regard to the illegal encroachment made by the 5th respondent over the banks of “Bombay Kulam”. After hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the respective Counsels for the respondents, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that, the 4th respondent shall take up Ext.P4 and appropriate decision shall be taken thereon after hearing the petitioner and the 5th respondent.
