1. After arguing for a while, Mr. Adil Asimi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant petition can be
disposed of at this stage by directing the respondents to accord due
consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner which have been placed on record as Annexure-II within some reasonable period to which Mr. Jehangir Dar, learned GA appearing on behalf of respondent No. 1 has no objection provided the same is directed to be accorded consideration strictly under rules and as per law.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for disposal at the very threshold with a direction to respondent No. 3 to accord consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner which is placed on record as
Annexure-II strictly under rules and as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date copy of this order along with the writ petition and Annexures are made available to the said respondent.
3. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed be forwarded to the petitioner through registered post.
4. The writ petition is disposed of in the manner indicated above.
