The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Saiko P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 549 of 2024(A), for the offences registered under Section 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. On 26.07.2025, at about 05:30 p.m., the husband of the informant went missing. On 27.07.2025, his dead body was recovered from Jiwari Maidan. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused Sandir Munda @ Sukra Munda. It was also submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered on the pointing out of this petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused AC Sagun Das has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 2323 of 2025. 5. Mr. Bishambhar Shastri, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Saiko P.S.
