The operative portion of the said order is extracted hereunder: “In view of the aforesaid directions of this Court in various cases and after hearing both sides and taking into consideration the instructions produced by the learned Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to pay the admitted amount of Rs.1,05,07,598/- due to the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It would also be open to the petitioner to agitate her claim for interest, if any, payable by the respondents in an appropriate forum. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.30138 of 2023, dated 29.11.2023, have already been complied with by the respondents, and as such, requests to close the contempt case. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
