Considering the limited request made by the petitioners, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 3. Learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that till date even counter has not been filed in the said interlocutory applications, which have been filed for condonation of delay and restoration of I.A.No.210 of 2020, which has been dismissed for non prosecution. 4.
