HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 34946 of 2025 Court No. - 6 HON'BLE DR. YOGENDRA KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Kashyap, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents and Sri Ram Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent no.5. The present petition has been filed seeking to assail the order dated 10.07.2024 passed by the respondent no.2 in Revision No. 742 of 2018 and also the earlier order dated 26.03.2018 passed by Up-Ziladhikari, Tehsil Sadar, District Bareilly in Case No. 913 of 2018. The orders impugned arise out of mutation proceedings. The revision has been rejected for the reason that the order in appeal was an order of remand and consequent to the same the parties had opportunity to place their case before the authority concerned. Counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point out any apparent error or illegality in the orders impugned so as to warrant interference. The writ petition, is therefore, not entertained and it is accordingly dismissed. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ajay Kumar Kashyap Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Ram Kumar Yadav, Rohit Tiwari Teekaram .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) It would be open to the petitioner to appear before the concerned respondent-authority where the matter is stated to be pending consequent to the remand order.
