W.P.No.31463 of 2025 of 2014 was filed by the petitioner and the same was allowed on 10.06.2022 with a direction to the respondents to pay all the benefits to the petitioner. Though a representation was submitted by the petitioner, the same did not educe any response. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader, would submit that the prayer in the present writ petition has already been raised in W.P.No. 831 of 2014 and the same was allowed on 10.06.2022. He further submits that the present writ petition itself is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed. 4. Heard both sides. 5. Though a larger relief has been sought by the petitioner, this Court is of the view that it is suffice to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 29.05.2025, and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, keeping in mind the earlier order dated 10.06.2022 in W.P.No.831 of 2014.
