Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents. 2. A reading of paragraph nos. 7 & 8 would suffice to unseat the appellant. The Court has duly noted that the Government returned the file on the ground that the employees of the N.C.C. Directorate are not Government employees. That apart, it has also been brought to the Court’s attention that the Head of the Department has already commenced the exercise to identify the accessible and remote areas. 2025:UHC:6702-DB 2 3. In that view of the matter, we do not find any illegality in the order impugned in the above appeal. 4.
