This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the restoration application dated 26.12.2024 filed by respondent no.5 & 6 in case no.T-202314360306134, Usha Devi Vs. Achhaibar @ Ram Achhaibar, under section 34 of LR Act of Mauza Rampur (Sakra) Pargana Ghisua, Tehsil Machhlishahar, District Jaunpur within stipulated time as may be directed by this Hon'ble court. (Annexure No. 4 to the writ petition)." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that restoration application is pending consideration in mutation proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 since 2024. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said application. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for a counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to decide the said restoration application strictly in accordance with law, within one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
