RAVI, J. -------------------------------------------- W.P.(C) No.37417 of 2024 -------------------------------------------- Dated this the 4th day of April, 2025 JUDGMENT The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 5th respondent to accept land tax with respect to 5 Cents of property in Sy.No.1479/7 and to declare that the statement in Ext.P13 that the property is 'ooruvaka' and hence no land tax can be accepted, is not in accordance with law. The petitioner has produced before this Court the previous documents of title of 1972 to point out that the contention in the statement of the respondent that the petitioner has obtained illegal patta is not correct. 2. I find considerable force in the contention of the petitioner. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that the petitioner has not produced the required documents before the concerned officers. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 & 5 to consider the title deeds of the petitioner along with the previous title documents of 1972 and accept tax from the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the 2025:KER:29501 WP(C) NO. 37417 OF 2024 4 writ petition and the interlocutory applications whereby the additional documents of 1972 were produced before this Court along with a certified copy of this judgment before respondents 3 & 5 for necessary compliance.
