By this petition, petitioner is seeking direction upon Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara to consider and take into account all relevant documents and evidence produced by the petitioner before passing any final order in the appeal titled as “Ghulam Sarwar Paswal Vs. Abdul Rashid Paswal and Ors.”, wherein mutation No. 220 dated 01.06.2000, pertaining to village Bagh Bella, Tehsil Karnah, District Kupwara, has been challenged. 02. The limited prayer made by the petitioner is that the appeal is pending before the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara since 2023 and even after a lapse of more than 2 years, no effective proceedings have been initiated for final adjudication of the appeal.
