The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the petitioner’s complaint dated 08.02.2025 will be considered by the respondents, as per the law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to disposed off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner’s complaint, in accordance with law as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173 (3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”) 5.
