This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus directing to the Respondents for demarcating Chakroad No.573 situated at Gram Panchayat- Katka Bharat, Block-Alampur Zafarabad, Tehsil-Aonla, District-Bareilly according to certified map of the Village- Katka Bharat, Pargana-Ballia, Block-Alampur Zafarabad, Tehsil-Aonla, District-Bareilly and remove the encroachment from the above said Chakroad, as early as possible within a month." 2. From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, no interference can be granted under Article 226 of the Constitution. 3. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of private respondents, he may file application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4.
