According to the prosecution, while the defacto complainant was passing through a public road, this petitioner has waylaid him and demanded money. When the complainant refused to part with money, he showed a knife and robbed Rs.520/-, and thereafter escaped from the scene of the crime. He further submits that this petitioner has 12 previous cases, out of which 7 cases are still pending. 3. Considering the nature of the crime and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
